Contact FinHub
Questions, corrections, and calculator suggestions all reach the same inbox, and they are read by the person who maintains the site rather than a support queue.
Email us

What you can write to us about
Putting the topic in your subject line helps us get to the right thing quickly. Each heading below links to a pre-filled email.
Report a calculation error
If a result looks wrong, tell us which calculator you used, the exact values you entered, and the figure you expected. That lets us reproduce the case immediately instead of guessing.
Suggest a calculator
Most of the tools here exist because someone could not find a straightforward answer elsewhere. Describe the question you are trying to answer and we will look at whether a tool can address it.
Content corrections
Rates, limits, and tax provisions change. If an explanation has gone out of date or a statement reads as inaccurate, point us at the page and the specific line.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we hold, request deletion of correspondence, or raise a concern about data handling, write to us and we will respond within the timeframe set out in our Privacy Policy.
Advertising and partnerships
We do not accept paid placements inside calculators, affiliate arrangements, or sponsored recommendations. General advertising enquiries can still be sent to the same address.
Everything else
Questions about how a formula works, which convention a page follows, or why two tools give different answers are always welcome and often lead to clearer explanations on the site.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your individual financial situation, recommend a bank, lender, fund, or insurance policy, or tell you whether a particular loan or investment is right for you. FinHub is not a bank, NBFC, mutual fund distributor, insurance intermediary, or SEBI-registered investment adviser, and offering that kind of guidance would be both outside our remit and, in several cases, outside the law.
We also cannot access, modify, or intervene in any account you hold with a financial institution, chase a loan application, or resolve a dispute with a lender. For those, your bank's grievance channel and the Reserve Bank of India's ombudsman scheme are the appropriate routes. What we can do is explain exactly how a calculation works, correct an error, and make the arithmetic behind a decision clearer.
